1. Membership
Bark If You Want Some is a recurring monthly membership that delivers premium single-ingredient dog treats and chews directly to your door.
Your membership will automatically renew every month until cancelled.
2. Billing
Memberships are billed automatically every 30 days using your selected payment method.
By subscribing, you authorize Bark If You Want Some to charge your payment method for all recurring membership fees until your subscription is cancelled.
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
3. Shipping
We currently ship within Canada.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible and tracking information will be provided once your box has shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting our customer support team.
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used treats.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Product Information
Our treats and chews are made from premium single ingredients sourced and crafted in North America.
As these are natural products, variations in size, colour, shape, thickness, texture, and aroma are completely normal and do not affect product quality.
Always supervise your dog while chewing and ensure fresh drinking water is available.
Not every product is suitable for every dog. It is your responsibility to select products appropriate for your dog’s size, age, chewing habits, and dietary needs.
7. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Although our products are made with single ingredients, Bark If You Want Some cannot guarantee that products have not come into contact with other proteins during manufacturing or packaging.
If your dog has allergies or medical conditions, please consult your veterinarian before feeding new treats.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bark If You Want Some shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable membership or order.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product images, and branding, is the property of Bark If You Want Some and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information is collected and used only for order processing, customer service, and improving your experience. We do not sell your personal information.
