RETURNS

Should you have any issues with your order, please contact us directly at support@barkifyouwantsome.com within 30 days of receiving your box. Please note that returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include photos of the items you'd like to return or exchange in your email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 


Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@barkifyouwantsome.com. If applicable, exchanges will be sent together with your next box.

Cancellations

Subscription boxes can be cancelled at any time.
Subscription boxes that are purchased with a promo will be required to be on the subscription plan for minimum two consecutive months.
